Hi David, I don´t know if my message will reach you but I´ve been listening to the bigger pockets podcasts for a while now. I noticed you´re a very good listener and when you say something it´s very insightful and professional. I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate what you do. I´m a hustler from nature myself-come from a very humble background and managed to become a surgeon.
