Hi David
I’m an avid listener of Bigger Pockets and enjoy all the great information and advice you’ve offered through the podcast and your books. I was able to get past the inertia of a first investment and made a great purchase.
I read in another post that you don’t do coaching, but I’m just not seeing the bigger picture. I currently have two cash-flowing rental properties and a house that I’m house-hacking, and I don’t know where to go from here, and how to make everything work together for my long-term goals. I’m at a point where paying for advice will really pay off in the long run.
Any information you might have would be greatly appreciated.
