Hi David
I listened to a podcast that you were on where you stated you could link investors with investor friendly real estate agents.
At the present time my wife and I own 8 SFR, mainly in PHX. I’ve done different deals with different agents as I have NOT clicked with an investor friendly agent. I am considering investing in Charlotte, NC as my daughter is going to grad school at UNCC. Can you give me references for both markets?
Also, I noted that you once ran into the hassle of too many mortgages. You stated you had someone that you went thru to get additional deals/loans. Could you give me that contact?
