Hi David, I\’m a mom of two young boys in the bay area and my husband and I working full time. As you know the bay area is so expense to buy rental and none of them pencil. I want to learn to do what you do with the BRRR method in more affordable markets. I\’m so impressed with what you have accomplished in such a short amount of time! My ultimate goal is to quit my job so I can spend more time with my boys as they get older and set us up for a better retirement. Plus, I want to teach my boys how to invest in real estate so they can live a better life. Do you offer a coaching program to help newbies like me who are eager to get started, but want to do it right and get educated so we set us ourselves up for success. Let me know. Thanks! Hi Linda, I don\’t do real estate investing coaching. Your best resource for that is BiggerPockets. I think it\’s great what you\’re trying to do for your children and your family.
