Good morning, I have been listening to you on the Bigger Pockets podcast as I drive to work. I am starting to get back into real estate investing after being divorced for a few years. I bought a small condo, (95642 zip code) on 02/07/19, with an FHA loan and I am now looking to get my second property. Due to a job transfer, I live in the 95993 zip code now and would like some help locating a \\\”hungry\\\” and \\\”investor friendly\\\” agent in my area.
