Hi, I saw a few of your posts in Bigger Pockets and wanted to reach out to see if your company works with clients doing 1031 exchanges. I have a property in Oakland that has an option-to-buy contract that will be exercised in the near future. The tenant will be purchasing the property (337k) for more than the balance of the mortgage ($350k), due to a recent cash out refinance. I’m looking for end-to-end help for the entire transaction; relinquishing my property and the purchase of a new investment property, can your company help with this?
