Hi David,
I came across your blog through researching your real estate investing career after I watched your Bigger Pockets Facebook “live” video as well as read your BP articles. I also signed up for your newsletter as I enjoy your style of writing. After reading through your income properties section, I noticed that all of them on the website are located in Jacksonville, FL. I am a licensed CPA (day job); however, I am also a licensed real estate agent (so that I could control transactions) who is interested in buy and holds and fix and flips. I currently have 3 units and looking to acquire more.
I wanted to ask you if you’d be willing to share the name of the property management company you use in Jacksonville? Also, if there is anything you need at all (thoughts on area, driving by potential properties, etc.) from a person on the ground here in Jacksonville, please don’t hesitate to ask! I love connecting with successful individuals in order to learn more.
