David, I just listened to your bigger pockets podcast, and found it very informative so I just ordered the book on Amazon. I\\\’m an investor out of Boston, but I\\\’ve been studying out of state markets that have better cash flow, and more appreciation potential. One of the markets that I\\\’ve started to dig into is Jacksonville, and I was wondering if you have any property management, or agent recommendations in the area. I\\\’m looking for Class B and C multi families from 15-40 units. I\\\’m heading down there to check out the city in a few week, and I\\\’d love to have a recommended contact to meet while I\\\’m there.
