I just got done listening to your episode Rental Income Podcast with Dan Lane.
It was fun interview and thank you for your insight!
I live in Orange County, CA and as you know, it is almost impossible to buy investment property.
I am interested in out of state but can’t pick a place. Do you have any suggestion?
