Hey David, my name is Cody, and I actually just read your article 7 things you wished you would have done as a newbie. Well I’m here to tell you I really enjoyed reading what you had to say I couldn’t wait for what was said next. Anyways my partner and I just started reading up on Real Estate investing a month ago ad been to a Rich Dad, Poor Dad event and bought into their software and program and in a months time we’ve read up on a lot, analyzed some deals, but haven’t made our first move yet. Found a few lending partners/companies but since we are like new new and don’t have much credibility, I wanted to check in with you and see exactly how you over came that hurdle of being this new guy on the block using OPM..
If you would please get back as I dont want to overload you with everything right now and end up writing a book, but I do have a few questions for you to see how you coped with the negative naysayers around you who don’t have the same mindset and what not.
