Love your newsletter! I’m doing some research on Jacksonville, and found your Jana Lane and Melissa Ct posts to be just what I needed to keep myself motivated!
Before I go out and start randomly calling realtors in the area, I figured I’d ask if you’d be willing to share who you’re working with, seeing as it seems to be working great for you already, and there’s no need to reinvent the wheel!

Hey Ken,
First off, you’re a smart man. It will be about 1000 times easier for you to use my realtor, wholesaler, property manager, and contractor than to try and find your own.
I’d love to help you out.
Secondly, I apologize for not responding to this sooner. Bug on the site that doesn’t notify me when I get a new question. My tech guy is working on it now.
Third, please email me and I’ll introduce you to everybody one we get an idea what you’re looking for. Sounds like it’s the same kind of stuff I am so it should be easy.
