Guidance and Mentor

Let me start off by introducing myself.  My name is Steve Meza.  I’m 33 yrs old and live in Brentwood.  I have a awesome wife and 2 beautiful children.  I have an great job that pays great.  In saying that, over the years I have traded a lot of time for money.  In my pursuit for financial freedom and getting out of the rat race (and retiring earlier than later) I’ve decided I wanted to learn and start investing in real estate.  In discovering Bigger Pockets I stumbled across you.  I was super excited to find someone near me that could possibly guide me in the right direction.  You hear so much different stuff starting out and everyone is trying to sell you every tool for lots of money, its hard to know who to trust.  I have trusted many people over the years who from the outside seemed to being guiding me but in the end took much of my cash and have given me wrong advice.  I was hoping tat reaching out to you that you could either 1) guide me in the right direction of steps I need to take to start out or 2) be interested in mentoring me as I have been looking for a solid mentor.  I thank you for your time and help.  I’ve read several of your blogs and they are awesome.  My personal email is smes00@yahoo.com or cell number is 559-916-7770.  Thanks again and look forward to hearing from you.
