Hi David, My name is Isaac and I am a newbie from Israel with already descent knowledge on RE, mostly from BP but also from books, including yours. There are couple of things I wanted to ask, you talked a lot about how to find an agent and gave some very good tips. However regarding how to locate a good area to invest I feel some lack of data. Say I want to find an area with good buy – rent ratio, or an area with large pricing gap between retailed and distressed properties how do I make the research? It is even harder for me as someone that doesn\’t live in America and has no basic knowledge about the different markets. Another question is when you try to focus on what to buy: number of bedrooms, bathrooms, neighborhoods etc. do you get recommendations from your agent ans just double check with rentometer and zillow, or do you get this info elsewhere?
