I love the website! I’ve heard you being interviewed on a few podcasts but I didn’t realize you had a website.
After reading your article about newbies being stuck in education mode & never buying a property I couldn’t help but own it.
I’m extremely motivated to get started. My handful of interactions with agents over the last year have been very disappointing and my desperation has led me to signing up to attend a Lifestyles Unlimited seminar this Saturday.
My questions are do you recommend joining RE groups over working with an individual agent?
Also I’m in the Dallas FtWorth market. Do you have any agent recommendations? And lastly, how do I access the app for comps in my area?
